Jordan Christa

For over a decade Jordan has worked alongside small, privately held companies and boutique firms to identify talent for various positions across multiple industries. She began recruiting solely within the Wealth Management industry in 2017, working closely with Founders, Managing Principals and Partners of RIA’s across the nation. Jordan quickly recognized the lack of bandwidth her clients have to dedicate to recruiting, interviewing, and hiring. She immediately began providing exclusive resources for the hiring process and guidance backed by industry-specific data to support their growth initiatives. 

Following her passion to impact the lives of others, Jordan founded Recruiting Industry Specific Experts with the vision to become much more than simply a staffing resource. In just a few short years, Jordan is incredibly grateful and extremely humbled to have become a valuable partner to over 100 firms nationwide. Jordan is committed to giving back to the industry that has given her so much, and proud to call RISE a Sponsor of FPA Houston, FPA National Capital Area, and FPA Minnesota.

Being a native Houstonian, Jordan studied Organizational Leadership and Supervision at the University of Houston. She is involved as an active volunteer in her local community, Committee Member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, as well as the mother of two beautiful children, Bryson and Cheyenne. Jordan enjoys reading books on leadership and professional development, networking, and spending quality time making memories while traveling with her children.
